Shipping policy

At NOUS, each order is carefully prepared and inspected before shipment to ensure the highest quality standards.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched once per week.
All confirmed orders will be prepared and shipped on our weekly shipping day, typically within 3–7 business days from order confirmation. During collection launches, drops, or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding Italian public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimated from the date of dispatch, not from the order date.

Italy: 1–3 business days
European Union: 2–6 business days
International (Non-EU): 4–10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance procedures, destination country, and carrier operations. NOUS cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and courier rates.
Custom duties, import taxes, and local charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Tracking

All shipments are fully trackable. Once your order leaves our facility, NOUS is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our control.

Risk & Ownership

In accordance with EU consumer regulations, the risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer only when the products are delivered to the customer or a third party designated by the customer.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
NOUS cannot be held liable for lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us, additional shipping costs will be required to resend the order.

Failed Delivery & Unclaimed Packages

If a delivery attempt fails or the package is not collected from the designated pickup point, the shipment may be returned to NOUS.
In such cases, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.

Force Majeure

NOUS is not responsible for delays or failure to deliver caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, transport interruptions, customs inspections, natural disasters, or carrier disruptions.
